Acumen is a small commercial finance company, we cut and paste a lot of documents that could be consolidated into one excel file. The idea would be that we send / email / get our client to download the locked version of the Excell file. (or use in house) The client fill outs the excel form and then sends it back. Once its recieved we need to be able to unlock it then create a quote/report / that can be then converted to pdf / word and then Emailed to the client for final sign off. All up there is around 20 variables fields that would need to cut across the reports / quotes and the quotes are around 10 - 15 pages long (with most of the text static). Have attached the raw documents that we are editing (in word) and also the loan application form the clients are filling out. The idea is to merge these into a single excel document. Once i can talk through it with successful excell expert will provide a better document map and explanation on how it should fit together and get your advice on how best to achieve that also. then that will be the final brief.
