Collect data from the Internet on a specific schedule

The job is to collect sports fantasy data from various websites and input them into a web based collection form. The data needs to be collected hourly from 11AM - 9PM EST 7 days a week. The collections cannot be missed and they must be accurate, collected in order and on time. Data cannot be collected too soon or too late for the time window. Each collection kicks off 5 minutes after the hour and must be finished by 35 minutes after the hour. There is very light, not as much data to collect Monday - Friday 11AM-6:00PM but heavier data to collect on weekends Saturday and Sunday EST, so in order to collect all the data in the 30 minute window it may require two collectors on weekends. I'm most interested in an agency or a group with several members so that the schedule can be cost effectively met, and no days/hours will be missed. A fixed monthly price would be very attractive. I'm expecting this to land around $1500 USD per month.
