I need 30 completed, 30- to 45-minute Zoom or phone interviews with owners or senior leaders of U.S. CPA firms. The sole focus of these conversations is to explore current and emerging market trends impacting their practices; every participant will receive a summary of findings once the study is finished. Here is what I’m counting on you to handle: • Build a fresh, accurate list of decision-makers—principals, partners, managing directors—at small- to mid-sized CPA firms (no prior list exists on my side). • Craft and run an email-only outreach campaign, including any necessary follow-ups, that persuades them to book time on my calendar. • Coordinate scheduling so that 30 interviews are actually completed within an agreed timeframe; rescheduling and confirmations are part of the brief. Acceptance criteria 1. A spreadsheet with contact details for every prospect approached. 2. Calendar invites for 30 successfully held interviews (not merely scheduled). 3. Basic outreach metrics—opens, replies, conversions—so we know what worked.
