Here is what I’m counting on you to handle: • Build a fresh, accurate list of decision-makers—principals, partners, managing directors—at small- to mid-sized CPA firms (no prior list exists on my side). • Craft and run an email-only outreach campaign, including any necessary follow-ups, that persuades them to book time on my calendar. • Coordinate scheduling so that 30 interviews are actually completed within an agreed timeframe; rescheduling and confirmations are part of the brief. Acceptance criteria 1. A spreadsheet with contact details for every prospect approached. 2. Calendar invites for 30 successfully held interviews (not merely scheduled). 3. Basic outreach metrics—opens, replies, conversions—so we know what worked.
