Seeking a polished, organized candidate to support a partner of our firm, who is also comfortable driving in Manhattan and the Tri-State area.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be stationed in the office offering hands on assistance to the Partner and others and performing tasks such as:
• Print, organize, and archive emails including drawings
• Work with Executive Assistant to support coordination of calendar management
• Accurately update and maintain contact information in mobile devices
• Assist Executive Assistant and Project Manager Assistant as requested
• Coordinate pick-up/drop-off of car
• Daily pick-up and drop-off of overnight parcel to Partner's home
