I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage incoming emails, schedule incoming jobs, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. VA needs to be willing to learn and follow instructions well. I need someone who is a self-starter / problem solver / good researcher so that when I send u directions, they are followed exactly. I’m going to send you instructions, if the instructions are not clear, ask. If you have any doubt in your skill set, do not apply for this job. Your responsibilities: 1. I will provide you all the details that you will need to do this task including a list of agencies that I would like accounts to be created. 2. I will need my VA to research and find more Marketing and Staffing agencies for these job titles (Tour Manager, Mobile Marketing, Mobile Marketing Tour, Account Executive, Tour Staff) 3. Email me once a day to update with a summary of complete and current pending tasks. 4. Other miscellaneous tasks when requested. 5. Must be accessible, to talk via Google Hangouts or phone during standard US business hours. 6. Familiar with Google Drive as everything I need done will be uploaded there. Your qualifications: - Great writing skills. - Previous experience as an administrative assistant and online research preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Team leader, responsible, ethical, self direct and a problem solver. - Deadlines must be made. - Strong communications and writing skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Freelancer profile - References or an established reputation on Freelancer preferred - Have the ability to call the US during normal business hours. - Must be available for Google Hangout interview. - Must know your way around Google Drive as everything will be uploaded there. - VA will be tested with a small task in the beginning to make sure that we are a good fit. My goal is to establish a long term, working relationship with a contractor who is efficient, well read, and able to response to my messages quickly when required. For those bidding outside of native English speaking countries, please do not bid unless you can demonstrate exceptional writing and speaking skills.
