Inserting information that is given in an exel spreadsheet into our website. On your website we need a list of 555 food items with their respective information and a list of exercise types. At the moment we have this information collected in a exel spread sheet. Now we need somebody who inserts the information for every food item, that is listed in the exel, into the existing template page on the website. For each food item a new page is filled with the information and saved. Doing this will require inserting text and numbers, ticking boxes and choosing options from a dropdown. The same system applies to each exercise type.
