All requests must be forwarded to the corresponding college (the college dean), then the dean can take an action to forward it to the corresponding department (the department chair), then the chair will write a decision based on the department console decision and forward it back to the dean to add the college console decision. Then the dean will forward the final decision to the recruitment office for recruiting.
The applicant must have access to the application status such "in the dean office, in the department chair office, in the recruitment office,....etc"
All statistics are very important such how many application was submitted per day/week/month. Then how many application is waiting in the dean office, int he department chair office, and in the HR department.
The interface mus be very professional and a copy of the main university website theme.
The portal must be able to generate all possible reports, in paper, or by email.
Once the document is transferred to any person, the corresponding parson must receive an email to notify him/her that there is a an email was sent to his/her mailbox, also an SMS message must be sent.
