1) A graphical user interface that will allow the user to key in 4 fields
Description of product
User that sold the product
2) This in turn will transfer the data to another excel spreadsheet that is Password protected that no one else can read other than the password holder
The new entry will key in the date field for the date the entry is created
so the sequence of event will be like this:
Item in shop sold
Sales person keys in the 4 fields above
Data is transferred to another designated spreadsheet that is password protected so no one can read it.
The date and time stamp is umpires into the row
it will keep keying the data that is newly inputted into the next available row.
