Data conversion from word to Excel + image upload

Hi, I have two word catalogues which need to be converted over to an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet it tp be saved as a .csv file which can then be uploaded to an online store. Information which needs to be converted is the product name, product type and description. There are about 120 items in total over two documents. The images need to be lifted from the word document, then uploaded to a photobucket account and the url will also need to be added to the excel spreadsheet. the word documents will be supplied for review on application.
