virtual assistant for regular Facebook posts

Hi, I need a Virtual Assistant to post regularly on my business Facebook. It is an Australian business relating to tea products and tea appreciations. Please note only applicants who attach samples of Facebook pages that you're handling will be considered. I will need to see how well you manage Facebook pages and posts. V.A. requirements: - Switched on and very experienced with facebook posts - 3 posts per week with engaging content and good quality related graphics/pictures/photos. Content doesn't have to be original. So feel free to duplicate other successful facebook pages which are in the same industry. - Posts must be "engaging" fans and call for action! The goal is get them to do the following: 1. LIKE 2. Reply 3. Share I have already got 500+ genuine fans, so if your posts cannot generate engagements, our contract may be terminated after a period of trial. I don't need advertisements or announcements which generally exchanges for no engagements. At certain stages, I may ask to post ads or announcements if I would like to let our fans know certain promotions, events, new products etc. - Fluent in English (writing) and knows how to be friendly and social in facebook community. - LIKE all others' replies and compliment their replies. - Answer general questions to your posts wherever you can. If the questions are too technical or you can't think of an appropriate answer, you need to refer it to me before posting any answers. - Monthly report (spreadsheet) of what will be posted by you must be sent to me prior to publishing for approval. Report will also need to include the origin of the posts if they are not your original work, for record keeping purposes.
