I require a Virtual Assistant on an ongoing basis to help me in our very busy CRM practice.
You MUST be located in Australia (preferably Melbourne or Geelong) and speak English perfectly. Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements.
Duties will include:-
1. Answering our telephone professionally during the hours of 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday. Note we do not get a lot of calls as we gt most work through referrals and most people call their consultant direct but as incoming calls are important we do want them answered prompptly and not go to Voice Mail.
2. Entering information in our CRM ([url removed, login to view]). Experience with [url removed, login to view] would be a great advantage
3. Monitoring projects, communicating with customers and consulatnts
4. Providing assistance to our GM -- general assistance, entering expenses, making travel arrangements, dealing with suppliers, paying accounts
Initially, this would probably amount to 8 hours per week but would increase over time
