We are a Property Management Company looking for a professional on an on-going basis to manage our bookkeeping and accounting. The job will involve:
1. Entering and reconciling bank statements into agency software (LetMC) & Free Agent
2. Invoicing Local Authorities & Tenants
3. Credit Control / Arrears Management
4. Making Payments to Landlords / Contractors
5. Producing Monthly Income/Expense Reports
6. Accounts Management
We are located in London (UK) so an extensive knowledge of the appropriate accounting standards is essential.
We are looking for a detail-oriented contractor that has extensive accounting and/or bookkeeping experience along with:
1. Strong familiarity with FreeAgent (is that essential)
2. An understanding of the Property Management Industry with emphasis on the financial aspects.
3. Expertise in UK tax and accounting standards
4. Good analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally
