Please record everything in a clean spreadsheet with separate, clearly labeled columns so I can sort and filter results quickly later. Accuracy matters more than volume, so double-check that every phone number and email actually works and that the service information comes from a reliable source such as the agency’s official site, brochure, or a verified business listing. I’ll review the sheet for completeness and consistency before signing off. If this first batch goes smoothly, there will be follow-on work expanding the list and updating it periodically.
