About the Role We are looking for a Client Acquisition / Lead Generation Specialist who can help us find businesses and companies that are actively hiring and need a reliable source of applicants. Our service is straightforward: we provide real applicants based on our client's hiring requirements. This is not a full recruitment or staffing position. We will not be responsible for interviewing, selecting, hiring, onboarding, or managing candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to find companies that need applicants, contact the right decision-makers, and bring interested clients to us. What You’ll Do Find companies that are currently hiring. Identify businesses with ongoing or urgent hiring needs. Research hiring managers, HR managers, business owners, recruiters, and other decision-makers. Contact potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, or other effective outreach methods. Introduce our applicant-generation service. Understand the client's position and applicant requirements. Generate qualified business leads. Schedule conversations or introduce interested clients to our team. Build long-term relationships with companies that regularly need applicants. Keep track of prospects, outreach, responses, and qualified opportunities. Industries We Can Support We are open to companies across multiple industries, including: Sales Healthcare Customer Service IT & Technology Logistics & Transportation Warehouse Hospitality Administration Construction Retail And other industries with active hiring needs What We Provide Once we understand the client's requirements, we provide real applicants who are interested in the available positions. The client is responsible for the actual hiring process, including interviewing, selection, background checks, employment decisions, and onboarding. Your main responsibility is client acquisition — finding businesses that need applicants and connecting them with our service. Who We're Looking For The ideal freelancer has experience in: B2B lead generation Client acquisition Sales Business development Cold email outreach LinkedIn outreach Recruitment lead generation Appointment setting Finding companies with active hiring requirements You should be comfortable communicating with businesses and explaining the value of our service. What We Expect We are looking for someone who can actively find and contact potential clients, rather than simply providing a list of companies. Please be prepared to explain: How you would find companies that need applicants. Which outreach methods you would use. What industries you have experience targeting. Your previous experience generating B2B clients. Whether you have successfully brought clients to a lead-generation, recruitment, staffing, or similar service before. Compensation We are open to discussing a performance-based commission, payment per qualified client, fixed + commission, or another arrangement depending on your experience and proposed approach. If you are confident in your ability to find businesses with hiring needs and turn them into clients, we would like to hear from you.
