Customer Data Entry in Excel

The project is strictly customer-data work. Every record I have—spread across PDFs, email exports and some handwritten notes—has to be keyed accurately into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. Data entry is the core task, yet the file must also be prepared so that future pivot-table or formula-based analysis is painless, reflecting my initial “Excel data entry / data analysis” goal. What I will provide • Source files (mixed formats) • A field map that shows exactly which column each element belongs in What I need back • One clean, de-duplicated .xlsx file with all customer records filled in • Consistent formatting for names, phone numbers, dates and any currency columns • A brief note (or separate tab) highlighting anomalies you spot while entering the data Accuracy is critical—no stray characters, no missing rows. Please work directly in Microsoft Excel (no Google Sheets conversions) and keep a running change log so I can track progress at a glance.
