Data Analytics & Telecalling Internship

I’m putting together a small data team and need a motivated intern who is ready to split their day between hands-on analytics work and brief customer-facing calls. On the data side you’ll clean raw datasets, write basic SQL for ad-hoc pulls, and transform findings into clear Excel sheets and Power BI dashboards. On the phone, you’ll handle quick “general product information” questions that come through our customer-support line, making sure callers leave with the right answers or are routed to the proper specialist. You told us you expect to spend most of your time on “Tellycallling,” so I’ve built in regular blocks for those calls while still giving you plenty of room to sharpen your analysis skills. Excel formulas, Power Query, DAX, and simple SQL joins will be everyday tools, and I’ll coach you through best practices for each. The role can be on-site or remote; either way, you’ll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and performance-based incentives.
