Build Marketing & Business Analytics System for Aesthetic Medicine Clinic (GoHighLevel, Lexoffice, GA4, n8n, Looker Studio)

Project Description: We are a premium aesthetic medicine & longevity clinic in Berlin looking for an experienced team or freelancer to build a simple but powerful analytics system that connects our marketing, CRM, and finance tools. The goal is to track per-patient performance (LTV), marketing efficiency (CAC), and business KPIs in one place — and provide dashboards for strategic decision-making. Scope of Work Data Integration (no Zapier): Connect GoHighLevel CRM (patients, leads, bookings). Connect Lexoffice (invoices, payments). Connect GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads (traffic & ad spend). Use n8n (self-hosted) or similar open-source automation. Data Hub: Option 1: Google Sheets (fast, simple). Option 2: Postgres DB (scalable, AI-ready). Data Model Setup: Contacts (patient ID, lead source, email, phone). Invoices (invoice_id, amount, date, patient match). Marketing spend (channel, cost, period). Custom field in GHL for “Total Spend / LTV”. Dashboards: Build Looker Studio (or Metabase) dashboards with 3 views: Marketing Funnel (Leads → Bookings → Patients, CAC, ROAS). Revenue & LTV (MRR, avg LTV, revenue by treatment type). Operations (staff utilization %, repeat visit %, treatment mix). Automation: Daily sync of data. Weekly summary report (6 KPIs) sent by email. Key KPIs to Deliver Leads, Bookings, Show-ups, Treatments CAC (per channel) LTV (per patient) LTV/CAC ratio MRR (subscription revenue) Staff Utilization Requirements Proven experience with n8n (or similar open-source automation). Experience integrating GoHighLevel, Lexoffice, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads. Ability to design clean, decision-oriented dashboards. Strong data engineering / API skills. Bonus: experience with healthcare, aesthetics, or subscription businesses. Deliverables Fully working automated data pipeline (GHL + Lexoffice + Ads → Hub). 3 ready-to-use dashboards in Looker Studio or Metabase. Documentation (how system works, how to update). Handover session with our team.
