I am looking for a Python trainer who can work with my small team (we’re a group of beginner-level programmers, just 1–5 people) over the next three months. The goal is simple: take us from “zero” to genuinely confident in day-to-day coding so we can handle our own projects without supervision. The curriculum needs to balance theory with plenty of hands-on practice. We want to concentrate on three pillars: • Data analysis – cleaning, manipulating, and visualising data with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn. • Web development – building lightweight web apps and APIs using Flask or Django. • Automation & scripting – writing robust scripts to automate routine tasks, from file handling to simple DevOps-style chores. I need someone who can: • Design a clear week-by-week roadmap, including learning objectives and mini-projects. • Host interactive sessions (live online is fine) and supply concise reference material and recorded demos. • Set practical assignments, review code, and give personalised feedback so each member can track progress. • Finish with a capstone project and assessment to confirm we hit competency targets. If you have a proven track record of teaching beginners, can communicate clearly, and are comfortable switching between data, web, and automation topics, I’d love to hear how you would structure these three months and keep us motivated throughout.
