That's intermittent demand, not smooth demand, and ARIMA or Prophet defaults tend to predict zero for weeks then miss the spike. Croston's method or a similar intermittent-demand approach, run at SKU-location level with an ABC-XYZ split so fast movers get a tighter model than slow ones, is what actually holds up against a catalogue like yours. I'd start by pulling your historical sales and current order data through the pipeline and building against your actual numbers, so the first thing you see is real order-quantity recommendations on real SKUs rather than a slide deck. 37500 INR is scoped off what's in the brief. I haven't seen your SKU count, number of locations, or how clean the historical data is, and any one of those would move the number once I'm in it.
