I have complete CSV exports from every centralized exchange I used, along with wallet address histories, covering the calendar years 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. For transparency you can also pull the same data through the exchanges’ APIs, but I rely on the raw CSV files as the single source of truth. Your task is to turn those files into fully reconciled reports: • A year-by-year ledger that balances on-chain wallet activity with the matching exchange statements • Realised and unrealised gains/loss calculations, cost-basis tracking, end-of-year holdings and a concise P&L for each period • A final summary for each year that could be handed straight to a tax preparer. I am comfortable with whichever specialist tools you prefer—CoinTracking, Koinly, CoinLedger etc —so long as the end result is accurate and verifiable. Please outline briefly how you would approach the reconciliation (imports, matching logic, error handling) and any additional information you will need from me before you start. Accuracy is paramount; experience handling high-volume crypto data across wallets and CEX accounts is essential. If that sounds like your wheelhouse, I look forward to working together.

Hi there! I understand how overwhelming it can be to reconcile multiple CSV exports and wallet histories across several years. Without proper tracking, gains, losses, and cost bases can easily get miscalculated, creating issues for tax reporting. I have strong experience working with high-volume crypto data, using tools like CoinTracking, Koinly, and custom Python scripts to process and reconcile exchange and wallet records. I’ve created year-by-year ledgers, calculated realized and unrealized gains, tracked cost basis, and generated clear P&L summaries ready for tax submission. My approach will be to import your CSV files into the selected platform, match on-chain wallet activity with exchange statements, validate every transaction, and handle discrepancies carefully. I’ll provide accurate, verifiable reports with summaries for each year and flag any anomalies for review. Check our work https://www.freelancer.com/u/ayesha86664 Could you confirm if all CSVs are consistently formatted, or should I expect some cleaning before import? Let me know if you’re interested & we can discuss it. Best Regards Ayesha

Hi Carlos, I understand the complexity of your project involving multi-year crypto accounting. My approach would be to meticulously reconcile the CSV exports from centralized exchanges with wallet address histories for the years 2022-2025. I will ensure accurate year-by-year ledgers, calculate realized and unrealized gains/losses, track cost-basis, provide end-of-year holdings, and prepare concise P&L reports for each period. The final summaries will be comprehensive and ready for your tax preparer. I am well-versed in using specialist tools such as CoinTracking, Koinly, and CoinLedger to achieve accurate and verifiable results. My methodology will involve detailed imports, precise matching logic, and robust error handling procedures. I will require access to the raw CSV files and wallet address histories to commence the reconciliation process. With a background in handling high-volume crypto data and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, I am confident in delivering the results you seek. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate on this project. Best regards, Taneem

Hi, I've reviewed your project requirements for multi-year crypto accounting with a focus on reconciling CSV exports and on-chain wallet activity. With solid experience in handling high-volume crypto data and building reliable reconciliation processes, I can deliver the year-by-year ledgers balancing wallet and exchange data, complete with realized/unrealized gains, cost basis tracking, holdings summaries, and clear P&L statements. My approach would involve importing your CSV files and verifying through exchange APIs, implementing matching logic to correlate wallet and exchange transactions precisely, and building robust error handling to flag and resolve mismatches. I prioritize accuracy and transparency, ensuring the final reports are suitable for tax preparation. I’d like to understand the number of wallets and exchanges involved, and any specific formats preferences you might have. Let's align on that and start building your comprehensive reconciled reports. Could you clarify if the wallet and exchange transaction timestamps are standardized across your CSVs, or should I account for time zone differences during reconciliation? Thanks, Andrew
