Excel Predictive Data Analysis

I need an advanced Excel user to turn a raw historical dataset into a working predictive model I can maintain on my own. The file must remain entirely in Excel—no external BI tools—so think Power Query for cleaning, dynamic named ranges, Data Analysis ToolPak or built-in FORECAST/LINEST functions, and clear, auditable formulas.
