I have a batch of digital documents—PDFs, OCR-ready scans, and online reports—that need to be keyed into a spreadsheet with absolute accuracy. After the values are entered, I also need basic processing done in Excel or Google Sheets: cleaning up the columns, running formulas, and producing a quick summary tab so the data is ready for further analysis. Everything must stay inside the spreadsheet environment; no SQL or custom scripts are needed. Consistency and precision are critical, so I’ll share a small style guide and validation checks you can rely on while you work. The first delivery will be roughly 3,000 rows, with more files to follow if we’re a good fit. Deliverables • A completed Excel or Google Sheets file that matches my template. • Processed data tabs (cleaned, formatted, formulas applied, pivot or summary view). • A brief notes sheet highlighting any ambiguous or corrected entries.
