Data Visualization Insight Project

We are looking for a data analyst / Excel expert to help us clean, analyze, and summarize inventory data across 5+ files containing around 10,000 SKUs. Scope of Work You will take our raw inventory files (PDF/Excel) and deliver a clear, structured breakdown with insights such as: Total SKUs in inventory Live SKUs (currently available) Subtypes / categories of SKUs (grouped by product family) Best sellers (high movement or high value items) Obsolete / dead stock (items with no movement for years) Aging analysis (old stock vs. good stock, by years) SKU classification (live, good stock, dead stock, obsolete, etc.) Summary by value and quantity Expected Deliverables Clean, consolidated dataset (Excel or CSV) Pivot tables/dashboards for quick insights Clear summary report highlighting stock health Recommendations (e.g. which products to phase out, which are performing best) Skills Required Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, power query, etc.) Experience in inventory analysis / retail / supply chain data Ability to work with large SKU datasets (10,000+) Clear communication and ability to present insights visually (charts, summaries) Files Available We have 5+ files with ~10,000 SKUs. Some are in PDF and some in Excel format.
