Hello, From my analysis, you need someone who understands the emotion behind the raw sequences. That emotion may craft the entire story. I have a family member who is also a bird photographer and trust me when I look at pictures I see beautiful and majestic creatures, each having their own character and personality. As a colorist and an assistant editor, I strive for making sure that my editing workflow brings out the best from the raw sequences regardless of the raw sequence. Assembling the footage into a flowing narrative with elegant pacing ensures that the story is well told. On top of that Color Grading plays a significant role in invoking life in the footage. For wildlife video sequences I believe that grading a sequence should elevate the feeling while maintaining it's original mood. Rest assured, I'll do light grading that elevates the footage without destroying the feel of it. As for deliverables I'll share two versions, one vertical for instagram and one vertical 16:9 for youtube along with .drp files in a folder for easier management.
