Hello! I run a website that sells a training program that helps people learn to program. I am looking for a part-time customer support representative to help me with a few things. Responding to emails, managing incoming Zendesk chat requests, webinar moderation, and support tickets, and contacting customers when their payment method failed. Preferably, I would like someone with some sales experience because part of your job is to try to translate incoming customer support inquiries into sales. Interest in technology, programming, or both is a plus. Must be completely fluent in English and a great writer. You must also be available 9-5 PST. I look forward to hearing from you!
