MICE Concierge are a leading events services company in the UK and we handle around 80 virtual conferences a year. Due to our growth we are now looking for a virtual conference manager to host a number of these conferences during the next 12 months. Key components of our conferences include: - live streaming - breakout rooms - live polling - live Q&A - networking features - live alerts The role includes: - welcome speakers - supporting and co-ordinating speakers in the green room to help them feel at ease - overseeing the conference from start to finish to ensure it runs smoothly - being there to resolve technical issues should anything arise. The virtual conference platform we use is called EventsAir so if you have experience of that platform it would be an advantage.
