Our Client Success Team will set the first impression for all visitors to the Elevent website. You will help Elevent clients find and book amazing events to accomplish their goals (e.g. team building, entertaining clients, etc.). Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, loves to help customers and can be very efficient with their time while maintaining a high quality service level. Please note: This role includes shifts that allow us to provide support between 8AM-8PM EST. This role is remote. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to our clients through our support channels such as: email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls - Troubleshooting event-related problems that arise - Event changes and payment issues, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless planning and experience process Please reach out if this sounds like you: - You are a quick learner and have a knack for problem-solving - You are a native English speaker or bilingual - You have previous experience with Hubspot - Prior experience in Customer Service - You are a strong communicator. You are personable on the phone and conversational in your writing style, and you easily connect with individuals different than yourself - You can thrive in an ambiguous environment and understand the challenges of scaling a successful business - You are extremely organized and have keen attention to detail - You are fluent in Google Apps (Google Docs, Sheets) and a speedy typist
