I need reliable, repeat access to a live Genesys Cloud CX org so I can both handle day-to-day customer interactions and jump into the admin console to fine-tune queues, skills and routing rules. Because I don’t maintain my own licence, I’m looking for someone who already runs Genesys Cloud CX and can allocate seats or otherwise grant secure access on a regular schedule. The access will be used for two main purposes: • Customer support interactions – answering inbound contacts (voice, chat or email, depending on what your licence allows). • Configuration and setup – creating users, adjusting queue settings, updating routing logic, and testing small workflow changes as our processes evolve. What I need from you • A functioning Genesys Cloud CX environment with the features enabled for the tasks above. • A clear plan for how and when my team can log in (or, if licensing is tight, how you will host the sessions). • Admin-level permissions for configuration work, or a fast way to have you apply changes on request. • Consistent availability during European business hours at least three times a week. • Solid security practices and an NDA. Please tell me about the licence you hold, any feature limitations (recording, API, integrations), the number of seats you can spare, and the time zones you cover.
