Every trip is crafted with precision, personalisation, and operational excellence. We're looking for a Luxury Travel Concierge based in the Philippines to join our Concierge Operations team. You'll serve as a trusted partner to high-net-worth international clients, translating their preferences into flawlessly executed travel and delivering support that feels effortless from their side. This role works within an AI-assisted workflow, so comfort with technology and a curiosity for how AI tools can enhance your work is important. ⭐ Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating with clarity, warmth, and emotional intelligence - Design personalised, day-by-day itineraries tailored to each client's interests, travel style, and history - Research and curate flights, hotels, restaurants, and experiences with recommendations that feel thoughtful and exclusive - Secure and manage complex bookings including lie-flat flights, design forward hotels, and curated experiences - Manage relationships with partners and vendors to secure the best options for clients - Maximise client loyalty points and travel credits across programmes - Handle multiple trips simultaneously with precision and zero dropped details - Translate ambiguous client requests into clear, actionable plans and resolve issues calmly ⭐ What We're Looking For Essential: - Background in luxury hospitality, travel planning, or guest-facing service. Hotel concierge, guest relations, or travel advisor experience is ideal. - Excellent written English with a luxury client-facing tone, clear, warm, and professional at all times - Exceptional attention to detail.
