Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Manager to oversee our wholesale real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating lead generation efforts, and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This is a remote position, and the Lead Manager will play a critical role in helping us grow our business. Responsibilities • Team Management: • Recruit, onboard, and manage a remote team of professionals, including lead generators and acquisition specialists. • Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations for team members. • Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and motivation. • Lead Generation Oversight: • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential sellers and buyers. • Monitor lead generation activities and ensure quality leads are being pursued. • Workflow Coordination: • Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to assign tasks and track progress. • Coordinate efforts between team members to ensure timely follow-up with leads. • Reporting and Communication: • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation, team performance, and project status directly to the CEO (you). Compensation This position is commission-based, with a percentage of closed deals paid to the Lead Manager. We are looking for a candidate with senior-level experience in managing teams and real estate operations. The Lead Manager will be expected to achieve monthly lead targets. Experience with lead generation software is necessary. Lead generators and acquisition specialists should have experience in the real estate industry. The Lead Manager will have partial autonomy, working closely with the CEO on strategic decisions while independently managing daily operations. The Lead Manager should prioritize using CRM tools for lead generation and management. This is a full-time position requiring a weekly commitment of 40 hours. The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency with lead generation software. Experience with Podio is required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and contracts. The ideal candidate should have an expert level of proficiency with CRM tools.
