We require a Freelance Customer Support Specialist to provide online support for an online business based in the UK.
Freelancers should be based in Vizag, though this is a remote role
To take on this role we are looking for freelancers, who can provide an ongoing commitment to support this customer for a fixed amount of hours per week (Ideally 20 - 40 hours per week or more)
The role :
· Back-office, online support to assist with new user onboarding
· Required to review and process documentation of new users
· Check for errors in the on-boarding process
· Communicate via chat with new users where required, in order to complete the on-boarding process
· Update internal systems as required
Requirements for the role:
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English
· Customer-driven mindset with a focus on high-quality customer service
· Previous experience in customer support, or back-office processing role
· Must be reliable and able to commit a fixed amount of time per week, with an intention to support the engagement on an ongoing basis
· Typing speed minimum 30 wpm with high accuracy
· Ability to independently research using reliable search engines/sites
· Should commit to schedules allocated
I have good experience in customer support, or back-office processing with multiple clients & customer .and also i will take care of in order to complete the on-boarding process with multiple languages like English ,Telugu, Hindi , Kannada.
