Expert Virtual Assistant for Online Violin School

The Violinacademy is the biggest online violin school in Germany and will soon become the biggest in English, too. Here are some common tasks: Posting our YouTube videos to the channel every week, managing split tests, adding chapters, etc. Posting new lessons to the Violinacademy platform, adjusting checklists, etc. Correcting AI-generated subtitles for multiple English videos every week. Adjusting music sheets and synchronizing them with music videos. Create and adjust automations in Zapier. Create and adjust simples designs in Figma. Making simple cuts to videos in Premiere Pro to select parts of them. Write and answer customer queries. Help customers with the technical setup of Zoom or using the app. Qualifications absolutely needed: You must speak English fluently so that you can adjust AI-generated subtitles when a word is not recognized correctly. You have musical experience. You can read simple music sheets and synchronize them with a music video. If simple adjustments to the music sheet are needed, you can make them. You are proficient with technology and computers so you can quickly learn how to use new software. You are friendly and patient with customers and can provide simple technical assistance when needed. You can work autonomously with instructions from videos and written instructions. You double-check everything to ensure you don't make any mistakes. You don't take more than four weeks of vacation per year. What you get: Long-term work: I've been doing this for 10 years, and we've grown by 50% or more every year.
