Location India only Preferably male candidates Working Days & Hours Monday to Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST Mandatory login during working hours Pay ₹150 per hour No negotiations Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for handling: Inbound and outbound calls Live chats and WhatsApp messages Emails Customer reviews management Experience in e-commerce customer support is mandatory. Required Skills Excellent English speaking and communication skills Strong written communication Fast learner with the ability to multitask efficiently Comfortable working under strict KPIs and daily targets Trial Period (Mandatory) 1-week paid trial Performance-based continuation If found suitable, the candidate will continue If not, the trial will end with no negotiations KPIs & Performance Expectations Customer Reviews & Communication Should work on positive customer reviews per day All emails must be cleared daily with no spillover All live chats and WhatsApp messages must be cleared within working hours No pending chats or messages after work hours or the next day Daily Reporting Daily report submission is mandatory, confirming: Number of customer reviews obtained that day These targets must be met consistently. If you foresee any challenges meeting them on a given day, communicate early.
