We require someone who is familiar with doing customer service with e-commerce stores, using Zendesk, and responding to Facebook inboxes/ comments.
Requirements for this position include creating macros in Zendesk, responding to emails, responding to our brand's customers via Facebook inbox and our posts' comments, issuing refunds, [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions -Section 13:Communication With Other Users], and responding to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately daily (fluency in English is required).
