JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Things You’ll Do Day-to-Day
1. Provide outstanding customer service via Zendesk tickets, phone, or chat
2. Place orders for customers over the phone, current call volume 10-15 calls a day
3. Return voice messages, missed calls, and follow-up with customers
4. Answer questions about products, stock levels, order status updates, refunds, replacements etc.
5. Research customer inquiries including being able to read and comprehend manufacturer specifications.
6. Work with mathematical concepts such as fractions and metrics as related to our industry.
