We are looking for an individual to assist in call management and work order coordination. The main responsibilities will include taking up calls, managing work orders, and coordinating with supers and tenants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are also crucial for this role. Experience in property management or customer service would be an added advantage. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH & ENGLISH The main duties of this position include: - Managing and responding to incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate person. - Follow up with the vendors and complete work orders. - Communicating with supers and tenants to ensure timely resolution of issues - Tracking and updating work orders in the system - Providing excellent customer service - Maintaining accurate records of calls, work orders, and appointments
