I run a growing BPO firm specialising in customer support and data-entry processes, and I’m ready to expand directly into the UK market. My immediate goal is to secure contracts with UK-based small businesses and build a reliable on-the-ground team who can help me win, launch and nurture those accounts. Here’s what I need from you: • Client acquisition – tap your network, research prospects, set up discovery calls and help me move opportunities through the pipeline. Warm introductions and qualified leads are the key deliverable. • Project management – once a deal is signed, coordinate kick-off, timelines and hand-overs between our offshore operations team and the UK client. Familiarity with basic PM tools (Trello, Asana or similar) will make things smoother. • Client support – act as the local point of contact, attend occasional on-site meetings if required and keep communication flowing so our service quality stays high. You can leverage any channel you prefer—LinkedIn outreach, local chambers, industry meet-ups—so long as it results in real conversations with decision makers inside small businesses. A background in BPO, SaaS or customer-service outsourcing will be advantageous, but relationship-building skills matter most. Success will be measured by: 1. Number of qualified leads delivered. 2. Signed service agreements. 3. Smooth onboarding and active satisfaction of each new client during the first 90 days.
