We are looking for a reliable, experienced coder to work with us on our support desk for our industry-leading web application. You'll be answering semi-technical to technical queries from our users on a daily basis using our ticket system.
You'll also be joining a young, dynamic team who pay punctually, and there will be opportunities to work with us on exciting future products!
To qualify, you will need to:
Be available to offer support every day
Need a firm grasp of English.
You'll be replying to customers, helping them with installation (Using FTP, creating a database in cPanel and similar systems, etc) and sometimes diagnosing specific problems they have so will need experience in these areas and be able to diagnose simple issues around these areas.
