I have two eCommerce websites that I am setting up. I would like to add a "Chat" option for customers and have it managed. You would need to have good grammer, ability to type well and answer basic product and customer service questions. These site currently have NO TRAFFIC so this project is more of an "On Call" responsibility for now. It may work into more part to full time work.
The sites sell and ship products to US customers only so if you are not available 24/7, you will need to be available for regular US retail hours (8am - 9pm EST).
We do not currently have chat technology installed on the sites, please provide recommendations. The software that is used should have the ability to email transcripts to the customers automatically following the chat session.
