We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support in running our daily operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with the owner to streamline processes, handle various administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow management. Your primary responsibilities will include email handling, inbox management, task coordination, Upwork contracts, Upwork offers, and worker management.

Job is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time (Florida), We prefer to work with an independent freelancer, not connected to any agency.


- Efficiently manage and organize the owner's email inbox, responding to or forwarding messages as necessary

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments (no phone calls)

- Maintain a system for tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure efficient task management

- Assist with the creation and management of contracts and offers on Upwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines

- Collaborate with the owner to oversee worker management, including onboarding, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or concerns

- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects or initiatives

- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in email handling and experienced in inbox management

- Familiarity with task management tools and techniques

- Previous experience working with Upwork contracts and offers is preferred

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using productivity tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)

- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity

This is a full-time, remote position requiring 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the owner, contribute to the daily operations, and help streamline processes to maximize productivity.
