You will contact them by phone, email, and quick-response messaging apps, whichever gets the fastest reply. No formal interaction logs are required, but you should still be comfortable opening or updating Microsoft Excel sheets and Word documents when I hand you templates or tracking files. Essentials to succeed • Consistent 100 Mbps (or faster) internet and a quiet line for calls. • Confidence using Excel, Word, and web-based applicant platforms. • Availability for a full 40-hour workweek aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
