Lingkup kerja: • Membalas semua chat WhatsApp yang masuk selama jam operasional yang kami sepakati. • Menangani pertanyaan umum, keluhan ringan, dan permintaan informasi produk atau layanan dengan tujuan utama memberikan layanan pelanggan yang cepat dan solutif. • Mencatat pertanyaan atau masalah yang belum bisa diselesaikan, lalu meneruskannya kepada tim internal (saya akan menyediakan template eskalasi). • Menyusun ringkasan harian berisi jumlah chat, pertanyaan berulang, serta insight penting dari percakapan agar kami dapat meningkatkan layanan. Kriteria keberhasilan: • Respons pertama maksimal dalam 5 menit selama shift aktif. • Nada percakapan konsisten santai namun sopan. • Setiap pelanggan memperoleh jawaban jelas atau tindak lanjut yang terukur.
