Hi there, Would it not be a challenge to hire, train and manage independent freelancers and in case of turnover, the process to repeat everything from the start is a chaos. Do you think it would be a better idea to work with a team instead? We are a team of agents, trained, experienced and already worked with ecommerce fulfillment centers. They work from the same office so the communication is smooth with all the required infrastructure like power and internet backup.
