Remote Appointment Setter – Poop-N-Scoop Services $4.00 – $7.00 CAD per hour Poop-N-Scoop Services is a growing pet waste removal company serving homeowners across the Greater Montreal area. We are looking for a full-time remote agent to call existing clients and new warm leads generated from our ads. This is a 3–5 month full-time contract position (spring/summer season), with the potential for long-term work if it’s a strong fit. All calls are to: • Existing customers (renewals, seasonal cleanups, upsells) • Inbound leads from Facebook/Google ads • Homeowners who have already shown interest This is NOT cold calling and NOT aggressive selling. Your role is to confirm service needs, answer basic questions, and book clients into our system. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Call new leads quickly after they submit their request • Follow up with past clients for spring cleanups & service renewals • Schedule jobs inside GoHighLevel / Jobber • Keep clear and organized notes for our operations team • Communicate daily with management through Slack What We’re Looking For: • Fluent and confident in English and French (Montreal market) • Strong, friendly phone presence • Experience in call-center, appointment setting, or customer service • Comfortable handling daily call volume • 40 hours per week availability • Reliable internet + quiet workspace Compensation: • $4–7 CAD per hour • Performance bonuses for every job successfully booked • Extra bonus for reaching monthly booking targets If this sounds like a fit, send a brief message including: • Your country • Years of relevant experience • Your English and French level • Your expected hourly rate (within the stated range) • Your available start date We are ready to onboard immediately for the upcoming busy season.
