I manage a small but steadily growing online business and need an extra set of hands for day-to-day customer support. The work is strictly part-time—roughly 10-15 hours each week—and focuses on answering customer questions, tracking issues in our help-desk software, and keeping our response time under 24 hours. What you’ll handle • Respond to enquiries through email and live chat • Record each interaction in the ticketing system (Zendesk or similar) • Flag anything technical that requires my direct input • Send me a concise weekly summary report of common issues and resolutions Everything should be running smoothly within a month from kick-off, so availability during that initial ramp-up period is important.
