Uzaktan çalışma sisteminde faaliyet gösteren firmamızın Canlı Destek ve Çağrı Merkezi birimlerinde görevlendirilmek üzere ekip arkadaşları arıyoruz. Genel Nitelikler 20–35 yaş aralığında Türkçeyi yazılı ve sözlü olarak iyi derecede kullanabilen Pozisyon Bilgileri Canlı Destek Personeli Müşterilere bilgisayar üzerinden canlı chat sistemi aracılığıyla yazılı destek sağlanır. Günlük çalışma süresi 9 saattir ve bu süreye 1 saat yemek molası dahildir. 3 farklı vardiya bulunmaktadır. Yoğun dönemlerde ücretli fazla mesai yapılabilir. Maaş sabittir, pozisyon yükselmesi haricinde yılda 2 kez zam uygulanır. Ortalama aylık kazanç eğitim sürecinde 28.500₺, eğitim tamamlandıktan sonra 37.500₺ olarak güncellenir. Çağrı Merkezi (Call Center) Personeli Müşteri veya potansiyel müşterilerle mikrofonlu kulaklık aracılığıyla görüşmeler yapılarak satış ve destek hizmeti sunulur. Günlük çalışma süresi 9 saat olup tek vardiya şeklindedir; giriş–çıkış saatleri sabittir. Maaşa ek olarak her ay artan prim sistemi bulunmaktadır. Ortalama aylık kazanç 45.000₺ – 150.000₺ aralığındadır. İlk ay dolmadan işten ayrılma durumunda maaş ve prim ödemesi yapılmaz. Çalışma Düzeni Haftada 6 gün çalışma, 1 gün haftalık izin Uzaktan (home office) çalışma modeli Eğitim Süreci İşe alım sonrasında uzman eğitmenler tarafından verilen 30 günlük ücretli eğitim süreci bulunmaktadır. • Canlı destek için; mesai saati ise günde 9 saattir ve mesai saati içerisine 1 saat yemek molası dahildir. Günde 3 farklı vardiya mevcuttur. Bazı yoğun dönemlerde ek mesai talep edilebilir. (Ek mesai ücreti ödenir.)
