I need a dependable right-hand who can keep our customers happy while ensuring day-to-day admin work never slips through the cracks. Your core focus will be customer service—specifically resolving issues and complaints and keeping every customer account up to date—using the same simple toolkit we already rely on: email and shared spreadsheets. Beyond that main responsibility, you’ll also lend support with light sales follow-ups, basic CRM data entry, report writing, order processing, and occasional coordination with our logistics partners. Good written and spoken English is essential because most interactions happen through email or quick calls, and clear communication keeps both our customers and internal team on the same page. Basic computer literacy is all that’s required; if you’re comfortable in Gmail, Excel or Google Sheets, and can learn processes from concise SOPs, you’re ready to hit the ground running. Deliverables & expectations • Daily inbox sweep: acknowledge every new ticket or inquiry within agreed response times, flagging anything urgent. • Issue resolution: investigate complaints, coordinate internally, and follow through until the customer confirms satisfaction. • Account upkeep: update contact details, order status, and notes in the shared spreadsheet after each interaction. • Weekly summary report: concise overview of open cases, resolutions achieved, and any trends you notice. This is an ongoing role, so reliability and a collaborative attitude matter more to me than years of experience.
