Day-to-day you’ll be inside the console answering questions about trip status, payments, incentives, onboarding, and the usual “my driver can’t find me” moments, all while keeping response time under one minute and CSAT at 90 % or better. Conversations that need specialist attention are escalated through a one-click macro; everything else you’ll resolve on the spot by following the playbooks I provide. Shifts are staggered to give us round-the-clock coverage, so please let me know the hours and time-zone you can commit to.
