Key Responsibilities * Call pre-shared B2B leads in Australia (distributors, importers, retailers, foodservice buyers) * Briefly explain our IQF frozen vegetable products * Understand interest and basic requirements from leads * Follow up with leads through calls and messages * Book meetings for the sales or management team * Share call recordings and short conversation notes * Update lead status and next steps in the CRM * Pass interested leads smoothly to the sales team Mandatory Deliverables * Call recordings for all calls made * Short written notes from each conversation * Follow-up and meeting details for each lead * Simple weekly activity report Target Market Food distributors, importers, retailers, and foodservice operators in Australia Skills & Requirements * Experience in B2B calling or appointment setting (preferred ) * Clear and professional English communication * Comfortable speaking with business clients on phone calls * Understanding of sales or customer conversations * Organized and consistent with follow-ups Preferred * Exposure to Australian clients or markets
